At Reliable Bookkeeping, we charge by the hour or on an agreed estimate basis. Before we commence, you will be given a guideline indication of the likely costs.
All our bookkeepers have been trained by us in the latest bookkeeping skills, techniques and tools. Their bookkeeping activities are closely monitored and checked for quality assurance purposes by our management team.
Our bookkeepers work from our offices using documents and records provided by you.
Hourly RatesWe charge our clients with an hourly rate. Each bookkeeper's time working on your records is billed in 15 minute intervals.
Other Fees & ChargesOnce only basic set-up fee $150 plus GST.
InvoicingWe invoice for services provided to clients on a monthly basis or when a project has been completed, and payment is due within 14 days.
